This recipe is fast and easy! 4 ingredients... gotta love that! The cookies are between soft and crunchy. Both my kids loved them - a miracle! Great with a cold glass of milk. I think next time I'll add mini-chocolate chips to the mix! Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) box chocolate cake mix (i used betty crocker fudge cake mix) |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
2 eggs |
1 (8 ounce) package of heath english toffee bits |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Batter will be thick. Drop by spoonful onto baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
