So good. Got the recipe from a Kraft Food magazine. I like a thick spaghetti sauce with this. Last time, I used Newman's Marinara, and it was perfect. Ingredients:
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
16 ounces frozen bell peppers, and onion strips thawed, drained |
14 ounces spaghetti sauce |
1 cup mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on med-high heat. Heat 2 min on each side. Add vegetables. Cook 5 minutes. 2. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer 5 min on med heat or until chicken is cooked through. 3. Top with cheese. |
