My general daily breakfast. I make this Sunday evening and then have every day for breakfast before work. Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal |
4 cups water |
5 bananas |
3 tbsp honey |
Directions:
1. Bring water to rolling boil. 2. Pour in oatmeal, simmer for approximately 30 minutes. 3. When serving, add 1 banana, and touch of honey. |
