Make one or make them all! These are bite sized treats. From Martha Stewart. Ingredients:
mint leaf |
marinated artichoke hearts |
pecorino romano cheese |
green grape |
manchego cheese, diced |
chorizo sausage, sliced |
watermelon, cut into chunks |
fresh basil |
cherry tomatoes |

jalapeno pepper, sliced |
avocado, peeled pitted and cut into chunks |
jicama, cut into wedges |
fresh lime juice |
fresh mozzarella ball |
extra virgin olive oil |
red pepper flakes |
anchovy fillet |
lemon zest |
caper berries, cut in half |
roasted red pepper, cut into chunks |
crouton |
sweet paprika |
extra virgin olive oil |
sweet red pepper, cut into chunks |
goat cheese, chunks |
oregano |
feta cheese, chunks |
yellow tomatoes, cut into chunks |
cucumber, cut into chunks |
kalamata olive |
rustic bread, cut into chunks |
fresh mint or fresh basil |

cantaloupe, cut into chunks |

Directions:
1. One: Thread a mint leaf and a marinated artichoke heart on the skewer; dust with cheese. 2. Two: Thread a grape, chunk of cheese, and a chunk of chorizo on the skewer. 3. Three: Thread a watermelon chunk, fresh basil leaf, followed by a cherry tomato; drizzle with olive oil and sea salt. 4. Four: Thread a slice of jalapeno, chunk of avocado, and a wedge of jicama onto a skewer; spritz with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. 5. Five: Drizzle mozzarella balls with olive oil. Roll one in red pepper flakes; wrap another with an anchovy fillet; squeeze third with lemon juice. Thread all three onto one skewer. 6. Six: Thread half a caper berry, a chunk of roasted red pepper, and a crouton on a skewer: drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. 7. Seven: Thread red pepper onto a skewer. Roll goat cheese in oregano, then thread onto skewer with red pepper. 8. Eight: Thread skewer with feta cheese, tomato, cucumber, and olive. 9. Nine: Wrap prosciutto around a small piece of rustic bread; thread onto a skewer with a leaf of fresh mint or fresh basil. 10. Ten: Thread skewer with cantaloupe and cucumber; season with salt, lime zest, and cracked black pepper. |
