Ingredients:
2 granny smith apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch chunks |
1 pound honeydew melon, cut into 1/2-inch chunks |
1 (20-ounce) can pineapple rings in syrup, drained and cut into small wedges |
1/2 cup dried cherries |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
1/2 cup cream of coconut |
pinch of salt |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl add the apple chunks, honey dew melon, pineapple chunks, dried cherries, yogurt, cream of coconut and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine. |
