Quick Amp Easy Copycat Bang Bang Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup milk
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup corn starch
shredded lettuce (optional)
scallions (optional)
1 tbs to taste dinni's select spicy shrimp sauce (from the internet)
Directions:
1. Soak shrimp in bowl with milk.
2. In a bowl put panko bread crumbs and another bowl put corn starch.
3. Dredge the shrimp in the corn starch, then again in the milk and finally in the panko bread crumbs & set aside.
4. Heat a large skillet to 300. Drop shrimp in and fry until golden brown.
5. Remove from oil & drain off excess oil on paper towels.
6. In a large bowl combine fried shrimp sauce until evenly coated.
7. Pile on a bed of shredded cabbage and garnish with scallions.
