Ingredients:
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
Directions:
1. Add the egg yolk, mustard, salt and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor.
2. With the processor running, slowly add the olive oil.
3. Add the garlic and pulse a few times.
4. Use immediately or refrigerate.
