This is an old recipe. Don't know what to have for a quick meal. This is it, and it's so easy...a tasty soup. Serve with cornbread, rustic bread, crackers. Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef, browned, and drained |
1 can veg-all |
1 can consomme |
1 can french onion soup |
1 can petite diced or stewed tomatoes |
1 can ro-tel |
spices or herbs if needed |
black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes or a little longer |
