Had this at a party and asked for the recipe, It's a twist on quiche Use as a side dish, appetizer or main course Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice |
1 pound crumbled cooked italian sausage |
3/4 stick pepperoni - cubed small |
1 cube mozzerella cheese - cubed small |
5-6 well beaten eggs |
1 cup grated parmesean cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook rice and drain 2. Cook the sausage till no longer pink and drain 3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and beat we4ll 4. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 pan 5. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 till golden brown |
