Quiche to Go: Bacon and Ricotta Cheese |

Individual quiches, ready to take with you....substitue bacon and ricotta cheese for anything. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
3 egg whites |
1/10 lb bacon |
1/5 cup ricotta cheese, part skim |
Directions:
1. 3 slices of bacon (could not get recipe analyzer to compute that) 2. Mix the above, place equal amounts in foil baking cups, bake at 350 for 20 minutes. 3. Can be frozen and reheated. |
