This is an easy recipe for finger foods for a party or quick breakfast! Ingredients:
1 package of 2 refrigerated rolled pie crust |
1/2 cup half and half |
2 eggs |
1 cup grated swiss cheese |
1/8 tbsp. salt and pepper |
4 slices cooked chopped bacon |
you can play around with recipe alot. use a combination of cheese, more cheese, add different meats, or add peppers and onions. |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in medium bowl with whisk. 2. Add half and half and mix. 3. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. 4. Unroll pie crust on wax paper or cutting board, and cut using medium round cookie cutter. 5. Place pie crust in greased mini muffin pan and shape the crust to the pan with fingers. 6. Fill each quiche with mixture, and place in oven to bake for 15 mins at 350 degrees. |
