Spinach, Cheese, and Bacon mini quiche in cupcake cups Ingredients:
21 grams real bacon bits |
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
28 grams kraft natural shredded cheese - mexican style four cheese |
1 cup chopped fresh spinach |
3/4 pillsbury pie crust |
1/4 cup half and half |
2 large eggs |
Directions:
1. mix cheese together in bowl 2. mix eggs in another bowl 3. heat half and half 4. add cheese and melt 5. mix in eggs 6. mix spinach 7. cool for five minutes 8. pour in cupcake cups with pie crust in them already 9. cook at 325 for about 30 minutes |
