Juat a lovely quiche - light and fluffy and delicious!! Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1 1/2 cups light cream |
1 tablespoon flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1 medium onion, quartered |
1 1/2 cups swiss cheese, cubed |
3/4 lb bacon, crispy fried and crumbled |
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F Put eggs, cream flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, into a blender container. Cover and pulse until well blended. Stop blender and add onion and cheese. Cover and pulse 2-3 times. Sprinkle bacon over bottom of pie shell and pour egg mixtue into shell. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes. |
