Had this at a picnic and got the recipes, A different type of quiche but it was so good for anytime Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice |
1 pound cooked crumbled italian or turkey sausage |
3/4 stick pepperoni (cubed into small pieces) |
1 large mozzerella cheese (cubed small) |
5-6 eggs beaten well |
1 cup grated cheese |
1/2 cup well drained roasted peppers cut into small pieces |
Directions:
1. Mix all above well and put into a greased 9 x 13 pan 2. Bake 45-50 minutes or until golden brown 3. Cut into squares and serve |
