Ingredients:
1 9 pie shell (if frozen, sit 5 minutes) |
3 eggs, beaten |
2 tablespoon(s) flour |
1/2 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese |
1 cup(s) milk |
1 1/2 cup(s) shredded mozzarella |
Directions:
1. Toss the Mozzarella with flour. Add milk, eggs, parmesan cheese, and pepper and mix well. Add bacon, if desired. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 50-6- minutes or until set. |
