Perfect for a party or for family night at home, this creamy, cheesy bean dip is sure to be a hit. Ingredients:
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cheddar cheese soup |
1 cup pace® thick & chunky salsa |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves or parsley |
3 medium green onions, thinly sliced |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained |
assorted pepperidge farm crackers |
Directions:
1. Mix the soup, salsa, cilantro, green onions and beans in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until hot. 2. Serve with the crackers for dipping. |
