Ingredients:
8 ounces brick velveeta mexican cheese
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cheese soup
2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans
hot sauce
tortilla chips
chopped green onion (optional)
sliced black olives (optional)
sliced jalapeno (optional)
Directions:
1. Melt the Velveeta in a large saucepan over low heat.
2. Add cheese soup and heat until creamy and smooth.
3. Add the beans, chopped chilies, and hot sauce and stir thoroughly. Continue to stir frequently to avoid burning the cheese.
4. When heated through, serve with chips and optional ingredients for garnish.
