From a local restaurant in San Antonio, La Fogata. This is a popular appetizer and easy to make. If you can't get Chorizo where you live, you can use this Chorizo to make your own. Ingredients:
16 ounces oaxaca cheese |
4 tablespoons chorizo sausage, cooked |
grilled or sauted onion, for topping |
flour tortilla |
Directions:
1. In medium ovenproof bowl, melt cheese and chorizo together in a microwave, or 325ยบ oven. 2. Serve with hot tortillas. |
