Deliciously different seafood sauce Ingredients:
2 1/8 ounces butter or 2 1/8 ounces margarine |
1 lemon |
2 tablespoons parsley, minced |
2 tablespoons finely chopped macadamia nuts, toasted |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter or margarine over a medium heat in a clean pan. 2. Add the juice of 1 lemon, parsley, and macadamia nuts. 3. Heat, stirring constantly, until sauce bubbles. 4. Pour over hot grilled or broiled fish. |
