1 cup flour |

4 cups hulled whole strawberries |
1 1/2 cups warm water |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
4 tbsp corn starch |
1 3oucn packet strawberry gelitan |
2 drops red food coloring |
whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat 400 degrees
2. mix crust ingredients bake 15 minutes
3. arange strawberries in the crust
4. in a pain cook the water, sugar, and cornstarch until it becomes clear from the smokey white it would have been
5. add the gelitan and stir
6. add the color
7. pour over the strawberries in the crust
8. chill well and enjoy
