This brings baked potatoes up to a level fit for royalty or backyard grillin everyday folks Ingredients:
one large russet potato |
couple of strips of fried bacon |
tablespoon of butter |
two tablespoons of sour cream |
1/3 cup of saunteed onion |
shredded cheese |
Directions:
1. Bake a potato 2. While the potato bakes, cook bacon 3. Sautee onion in bacon drippings 4. After the potato is baked, scoop out the meat into the pan that you cooked the onions in, then mix in everything else and mix with a fork until creamy. 5. Reheat if needed |
