Easy to make, but must marinade for 24 hours before using. This recipe really did come from the QE2 Ingredients:
2 large spanish onions peel and quarted |
1 1/2 cup heilman's mayo |
1 cup white vinegar |
1/8 cup oregano |
1/8 cup granulated garlic |
white pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Place onions in food processor and pulse to fine chop 2. add remaining ingredients pulse to combine. 3. Place in covered glass bowl or jar let marinade 24 hours in refrigerator before using. Enjoy! |
