This dish is like having a Greek salad on your crusty bread, its a party in your mouth! Ingredients:
6 med sized tomatoes |
1 sweet onion |
1 bunch fresh oregano |
1 bunch fresh basil |
1 lemon |
1 heaping tablespoon of minced garlic |
1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese |
3-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil |
pepper |
Directions:
1. finely dice tomatoes and onions and put in bowl See Photo 2. add minced garlic See Photo 3. Finely chop basil and oregano See Photo 4. add to tomatoes and onions mix well 5. add Olive oil and the the juice of the lemon and mix well See Photo 6. add crumbled Feta and pepper to taste See Photo 7. let stand for 10 min 8. Serve on crusty baggette or toasted garlic bread 9. enjoy 10. To kick it up a notch add hot sauce |
