Ingredients:
reserved pineapple juice from canned pineapple chunks from grilled fruit skewers recipe |
1/2 orange, juiced |
4 maraschino cherries, plus 2 tablespoons of syrup from the jar |
1 liter ginger ale |
4 ounces rum |
4 pineapple chunks, reserved from grilled fruit skewers recipe |

Directions:
1. In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, maraschino syrup and the ginger ale. Pour into glasses filled with ice, then add the rum and stir. 2. Garnish with a cherry and a pineapple chunk on a skewer. |
