great drink for after school Ingredients:
1/4 cup soymilk |
1/2 cup pineapple juice |
1/4 cup blueberries or 1/4 cup any other berries in season 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or 1/4 cup frozen 1 banana, peeled |
2 teaspoons flax seed oil (provides essential fatty acids which are greatly missing from the american diet) |
1 tablespoon wheat germ |
Directions:
