From Family Fun. A little different take on the other jungle juices out there! Based on reviewer's suggestion, I adjusted the recipe to include yogurt. Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat milk |
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt (or plain) |
1/2 cup grape juice |
1 banana, sliced |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. 2. For more vibrant color, add a few drops of purple food coloring. |
