A much richer version of the classic smoothie. Ingredients:
use vanilla crust-see crust page. |
2 pound philly cream cheese, softened |
1 1/4 cup sugar |
4 tbsp flour |
5 large eggs |
1 ounce grape extract(bickford flavors) |
2 tea. vanilla extract |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
red & blue food coloring |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450^. 2. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth. 3. Add eggs one at a time. 4. Add extracts and cream, mixing thoroughly. 5. Add food coloring to get desired color. 6. Pour into prepared pan. 7. Bake at 450^ for 15 minutes. 8. Reduce tep. to 250^ and continue baking for 1 hour. 9. Let cool completely and refrigerate before serving. |
