I got this recipe from a smoothie book some years back. It is made with ice cream so I wouldn't say it is very healthy but kids love them. Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla ice cream |
6 tablespoons frozen grape juice concentrate |
1 cup milk |
1 cup ice |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in a blender 2. blend until smooth. 3. pour into a glass and drink right away. |
