~A rather warm salsa~ Ingredients:
4 scotch bonnet peppers |
6 jalapeno peppers |
6 anaheim peppers |
8 yellow habanero peppers |
8 red habanero peppers |
1 large onion,chopped |
5 cloves of garlic,minced |
1 pound mango,cubed |
1 large can tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Cook the Peppers until soft. 2. Peel,take out the stems,but leave in the seeds. 3. Place the peppers with the seeds and all other ingredients in a large bowl. 4. Mash all together with a hand held potato masher,do not use a processer. 5. Serve 6. Note: If you do not like the heat in this,you may tempt it a bit with a pinch of sugar in your individual serving...plus,you may serve very small pieces of chocolate to help remove the heat from the mouth. |
