Great for everybody, chocolatey Ingredients:
2 cups rice chex |
1/4 cup chocolate chips |
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/3 cup powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Place the chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter into a liquid measuring cup and microwave for one minute. 2. Carefully take the measuring cup out of the microwave, stir and put the measuring cup back into the microwave and cook for 30 more seconds if needed to blend evenly. 3. Pour the cereal into a large bowl and pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal. 4. With a wooden spoon, stir in the chocolate mixture with the cereal until evenly coated. 5. Pour the cereal into a plastic bag and sprinkle the powdered sugar on top. 6. Shake the bag until the powdered sugar has coated the cereal 7. Pour onto a sheet of waxed paper and cool. |
