This is from my 20 min meals cookbook. The theme of this dinner is Real Comfort Food. Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla yogurt |
1 cup pumpkin puree |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
aerosol whipped cream |
ground cinnamon, for dusting |
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl; mix well. 2. Spoon into dessert dishes. 3. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until ready to serve. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon. |
