These are low fat and high fiber. Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 cup oats |
1 cup walnuts |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup pumpkin |
1/2 cup applesauce |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. 1. Mix all dry ingredients together. 2. 2. Add all wet ingredients and mix. 3. 3. Fill cups 3/4 full of greased muffin tin. 4. 4. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
