Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
4 large eggs |
1 1/2 cups oil |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 lb canned pumpkin |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix and beat all ingredients together. 2. Pour into a well greased tube pan. 3. Bake at 350° oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. 4. Remove and cool for 15 minutes. 5. Remove from the pan. 6. Serve with vanilla ice cream. |
