A new take on the ol' vinaigrette. You can also use this as a marinade, be creative. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons pumpkin puree |
1/4 cup vinegar; cider or balsamic |
1 clove garlic |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Finely chop or mash the clove of garlic. 2. Put all 3. ingredients except the olive oil into a bowl. 4. Whisk 5. all ingredients together. Mix well. 6. Add olive oil and 7. whisk well. It is important to mix the olive oil in 8. last as salt will not dissolve in oil. |
