Pumpkin Treat with Cream Cheese Icing |

muffin Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup pumpkin |
1 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour |
3/4 cup raw sugar |
1/4 cup dark amber maple syrup |
2 tsp baking soda |
2 tsp cinnamon |
3 tsp vanilla |
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese |
1/4 cup powdered sugar |
2 tbs 1% milk |
Directions:
1. mix pumpkin, sugar, maple syrup, 1tsp vanilla, and cinnamon
2. add flour and baking soda, don't over mix
3. bake at 350ºF ≈ 15min
4. let cool, make icing with remaining ingredients
5. frost
6. top with toasted walnuts/pecans if you wish
