Great low cal treat borrow from another users comment. (Use a couple packs of spenda instead of actual sugar, just put sugar since splenda not properly calibrated in system) Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin |
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1/16 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 teaspoons skim milk |
Directions:
1. Mix it all together and microwave it. Can top it with granola or something crunchy (adds calories). Makes a low fat, fiber rich treat. Can put on oatmeal too. |
