Easy as pumpkin pie. Ingredients:
3/4 cup granulated sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
2 large eggs |
1 (15 ounce) can libby's canned pumpkin |
1 (12 fluid ounce) can carnation evaporated milk |
9 ounces yellow cake mix (1/2 box) |
1/2 cup pecans |
1/2 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. MIX sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. 2. Place in 9X13 pan. 3. Sprinkle 1/2 or more of the yellow cake mix on top. 4. Sprinkle with pecans. 5. Drizzle the melted stick of butter on top of pecans. 6. Bake for 1 hour 350. |
