A tastey Pumpkin Pie/ cake recipe. Ingredients:
pumpkin mixture |
2 1/2 c. pumpkin |
1 1/4 c. sugar |
1 t. cinnamon |
1 t. ginger |
1/2 t. cloves |
6 eggs-slightly beaten |
1 large can of evaporated milk |
topping |
1 yellow cake mix |
1/2 c. butter |
Directions:
1. Mix first seven ingredients together ....mix cake mix and butter together until crumbly...pour the pumpkin mixture in a 9X13 pan and sprinkle the crumb mix ontop. Bake at ~350 for 45-50 minutes. 2. When cool top w/Whipped Cream or Cool Whip |
