Pumpkin Streusel Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. For streusel topping, combine flour brown sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly; stir in nuts.
2. For the coffee cake, combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.
3. Beat together butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Beat in vanilla and pumpkin. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
5. Spoon half the batter into a greased and floured 9-inch round cake pan. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of the streusel topping over batter.
6. Spoon remaining batter over and top with remaining topping.
7. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 45-50 minutes or until done.
8. Cool on wire rack before serving.
