Pumpkin / Squash Soup.

A really nice thick soup.
Ingredients:
2 (29 ounce) cans tomatoes
2 cups water
2 onions, sliced
4 cups uncooked pumpkin or 4 cups squash
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 inch fresh ginger, chopped
1/4 cup oil
1 1/4 ounces peas
Directions:
1. In large pot,heat oil to med temp,Saute'
2. ginger,onions.
3. Addm all spices.
4. Cook over low heat 2 to 3 hours.
5. Pur'ee if desired.
