My dear buddy gave me this recipe. So yummy. Pumpkin pie without the crust,and delicious! Ingredients:
1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin |
2 1/2 cups evaporated milk |
2 cups sugar |
1 cup flour |
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
3 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. Grease 9x 13 pan. 3. Beat everything together. 4. Pour into pan. 5. Bake 30-35 minutes until center tests clean with knife or toothpick. |
