Moist pumpkin bars Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar |
1/3 cup oil |
3 eggs |
15 ounces canned pumpkin |
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice |
1 (8 ounce) can whipped vanilla frosting |
3 ounces cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except vanilla frosting and cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan 13 x 9 and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minute While bars are cooling, beat whipped canned frosting and softened 3 ozs cream cheese until smooth. Frost cooled bars. |
