Pumpkin, Spinach and Chicken Wrap |

Yummy lunch. Maybe add some spices Ingredients:
1/2 serve tortilla |
1/2 c cooked pumpkin, mashed |
1/4 c low-fat cottage cheese |
1/2 c spinach, chopped |
5 g pine nuts |
30 g chicken breast |
Directions:
1. Lay out tortilla (mountain bread light) and 2cm from the left edge and bottom, smear the cottage cheese all over th rest of the wrap, with the bulk on the left edge. 2. Spread pumpkin over the CC in the middle of the wrap. Sprinkle pinenuts on it. 3. Sprinkle spinach over next 1/4 of the wrap and mix with cottage cheese 4. On the last part, dump the chicken and add spices. 5. Lift up the bottom and fold over 2cm. 6. Wrap from the chicken side, so the wrap isnt round, but flattned. Seal the edge with water 7. Grill until cheese is melted. |
