Warm and spicy for a cold morning! Ingredients:
1 cup water |
1 pinch of salt |
1/3 cup oatmeal |
1/4 cup pumpkin |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/8 splenda quick pack |
1 1/2 tablespoons pecans,chopped,toasted |
1 pinch of ground nutmeg |
1 pinch of ground cloves |
Directions:
1. Combine water,salt and oatmeal. Cook on HIGH for 2 minutes; stir. 2. Stir in pumpkin and pecans. Add spices and cook on HIGH for 30 seconds. Serve immediately. |
