Warm and spicy for a cold morning!
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 pinch of salt
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup pumpkin
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 splenda quick pack
1 1/2 tablespoons pecans,chopped,toasted
1 pinch of ground nutmeg
1 pinch of ground cloves
Directions:
1. Combine water,salt and oatmeal. Cook on HIGH for 2 minutes; stir.
2. Stir in pumpkin and pecans. Add spices and cook on HIGH for 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
