Tastes a lot like pumpkin pie!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats, soaked overnight in 1/2 cup water
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
Directions:
1. Soak oats overnight.
2. In a pan, heat evaporated milk for 1 minute.
3. Add oats, honey, pumpkin, spice, cinnamon, and optional salt.
4. Cook for about 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
