Ingredients:
2 cup(s) canned pumpkin |
3 cup(s) sugar |
1 cup(s) water |
1 cup(s) vegetable oil |
3 1/3 cup(s) all-purpose flour |
2 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg |
3/4 teaspoon(s) ground cloves |
Directions:
1. Heat oven 350 2. in large bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, water, veg oil and eggs 3. beat until well mixed 4. Measure flour, soda, cinnamon,salt,baking powder,nutmeg, & cloves in separae bowl and stir until combined. 5. Slowly add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, beating until smooth 6. Grease 2 9x5 loaf pans & dust with flour 7. Evenly divided batter between 2 pans 8. Bake 60-70 minutes |
