14-oz can low-sodium fat-free chicken broth 15-oz can pumpkin puree 1 cup orange juice 1 tbsp light sour cream 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp salt Pinch of black pepper Ingredients:
14 oz chicken broth, low sodium fat-free |
15 oz pumpkin, puree |
1 cup orange juice |
1 tbsp light sour cream |
1/4 tsp nutmeg |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 pinch of black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat the chicken broth in saucepan over medium heat. Blend the pumpkin in using a whisk. Add the orange juice into the mix and stir 3 minutes or until warmed through. Add sour cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Spoon into 2 bowls, garnish each with 1 tsp light sour cream and share with a friend! |
