A simple recipe using ice cream or frozen yogurt and pumpkin pie filling. It's from cooking class. Ingredients:
2 scoops vanilla ice cream or 2 scoops frozen yogurt |
1 cup milk (fat free or 2% is fine) |
0.5 (15 ounce) can of seasoned pumpkin pie filling |
Directions:
1. In a blender, add ice cream, milk, and pumpkin. 2. Blend well. 3. You can add or decrease the milk depending on how thick you want the smoothie. If you use unseasoned pumpkin, you need to add pumpkin pie spices. |
