Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups toasted pumpkin seeds (pepitas) |
4 toasted tortillas, cut or ripped into large dice |
1/2 red onion, peeled |
3 tablespoons lime juice |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 ancho chile |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and process until combined. Season with salt and pepper, to taste |
