Pumpkin Roll With Cream Cheese Filling

Good anytime, but nice at Thanksgiving.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup finely chopped nuts
filling recipe
1 8oz cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
mix well
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs on high speed of mixer for 5 minutes.
2. Slowly beat in the sugar.
3. Stir in the pumpkin.
4. Stir together the dry ingredients and fold into the pumpkin mixture. Grease and flour a wax paper lined jelly roll pan and spread the mixture in the pan, sprinkle with the nuts.
5. Bake at 350* for 15 - 20 minutes.
6. Turn out on kitchen towel that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar, place a piece of wax paper over the cake and roll up from the short side. Let cool then unwrap and spread with Cream Cheese Filling and roll back up Refrigerate
